I'm a huge Leslie Wilder fan and her Devil Chaser's MC series is one of my favorites. I was so happy to be able to take a trip back to Paris TN to spend some time with the boys. This novella is the love story of newly patched in member Gavin and Sunny. Gavin is the brother of Maverick (from Satan's Fury), and Sunny is a friend of the club and like family to Bishop.Just out of a toxic relationship, Sunny was brutally attacked and hasn't recalled all the details yet. While she heals, emotionally and physically, she's staying as a guest of the Devil Chaser's at the clubhouse under their protection. I loved how these bikers took this young woman in giving her a sanctuary of safety and friendship so she could get back on her feet.
Gavin was a prospect when Sunny was attacked and moved into the clubhouse. Dealing with his own demons, Gavin knew he wanted her, but he was smart, biding his time until she was ready and he was a full patch member to pursue her. It was the right thing to do for both of them, and I loved how he looked after - and pined for - her quietly from afar.
Wilder's biker stories always convey a strong sense of loyalty and family, and that was definitely a big part of this book. This was a well written, sweet and sexy story of healing, patience and friendship growing into love.

Gavin and Sunny's story was a page turner. After a horrible relationship that Sunny was in turned almost deadly can she heal and learn to live and live again. If she can Gavin is your go to man. Just a awesome and patient man not pushing her but waiting for her to heal. Once she is better she is so his.
This was a good book.
Sunny has a crazy ex and when he goes after her she needs protection so she goes to Bishop who is the President of the local MC. A year later she is finally getting out a bit and the prospect she likes she thinks he hates her. However its quite the opposite. He likes her but won't tell her until he is a full pledged member. In the meanwhile things arise that put Sunny in danger. Will Gavin be able to help her? Will Sunny ever feel safe again?
The Long Road Home is another great read of the Devil Chaser's MC. Gavin and Sunny have both had a rocky road in life at times. But they have an attraction that draws them together. Such an amazing story of survival and learning to live again. A catch up with all the Devil Chaser's MC and the women that love them. Can't get enough of this series. Hope there is another one soon. Great read and great job L Wilder.
My, My , My ..what to write about this little diddy. First off Gavin *swoon*, he is just everything you want. Sweet, caring, knows how to get things done, and knows when and when not to intervene. Poor Sunny, that girl has been through the ringer, but can only remember parts of it. This story wasn't all about them, it had you catching up with the guys and their ol'ladies. It had you celebrating , and cheering on the good guys while you boo and hiss the bad. The ending of " what really happen" was a shocker to me. I will admit I was thinking something different. Over all this was a well written, sweet, sexy, catching up, showing you that everyone has a strong side.

I have to be honest I love reading anything by L. Wilder , this book was awesome I finally read about Gavin, Sunny was the perfect girl for him ,their story line way fantastic , it had everything and more that I've come to love about L. Wilders writing, your sexy alpha male but Gavin has a kinder gentler side, but he's still a definite badass, and the book in the back Maverick I've read it before but did a reread gotta say wish I could pull Mavericks sexy ass out of the book mmmmm love that man. Definitely check this book out its worth your time and money, you'll love it!

I loved Gavin and Sunny's stories and enjoyed watching them unfold. I can't wait for the next book by this wonderful author, that tells stories like no other. This is one book you do not want to miss. I voluntarily reviewed an advance readers copy of this book.
What a lovely Christmas gift. I enjoyed meeting my old friends from Devil Chasers. It was nice to see how they are all doing. And it made me wish to revisit them again.
Gavin and Sunny story was sweet and fetching. I always wished for Gavins story after all his choices he made in life and hardships. I knew, that despite some bad he made, Gavin deserved to find his road to home. And Sunny was such full of light person. She was through some pretty bad situation, that could break weaker person. She was lucky, that she has a true family, that always is ready to protect and support her. Not to mention she has Gavin by her side, who is ready to do anything to make her happy.
Like I said it was an amazing gift. And this story only revived my thirst for this club. I really hope more will come.
