Is this a lazy author who couldn't copy and paste to a page?
Don't get it...
It links recipes to a website that isn't there. What a shame. What is the use of downloading the book if you can't get to the recipes.
I found the idea intriguing and I thought it would contain some unusual cooking techniques. However, it was no different than making a pie and cooking it in a regular pie pan. The recipes are easy and not complicated. I was disappointe that all the recipes were not in the book but one is linked to a website with the recipes. I don't see myself trying to follow a recipe from my (too great a chance of spilling water or milk on it or something). But it was free so I can't complain too much.
Found this cookbook's recipes excellent and easy to make. What I like about this book most is the fact that I can take a skillet or two anywhere and BAKE on a tabletop stove (the electric two burner stove-top).
Also it is great to use over say a Coleman stove with a cast iron skillet for taking camping. In a power outage, I am able to use my cast iron skillets to still have cooked food!
This cookbook I highly recommend!
I hate when I think. I'm getting a cookbook and instead find that I am being sold products instead! So disappointing.

Table of contents, baking cornbread in your skillet and other dishes. Other works by the author is highlighted at the front of the book.
Each recipe has a color photo title and summary of the dish. List of ingredients and I do not think you can substitute for your healthier dietary needs-low fat, low sodium as some might need the chemical reaction of shortening or butter. Directions are detailed. There is no nutritional information.
I was expecting more recipes, maybe some dinner ideas. This book is mainly cornbread recipes, a few desserts and links to recipes. If I had to pay for this book I would have been very disappointed.
